I I ordered chicken nachos because I really loved them the first time I got them. I shouldn't have because they were really lousy. there was about five pieces of chicken in the chicken nachos. And the cheese was watery generally it was not good at all

I ordered double chicken avocado salad and it was so disgustingly bland and honestly tasted horrible. Food was not fresh and the avocado was brown. I use to love the food here but this is so disappointing.

This was more like a Half Chicken Bowl. Very skimpy on the chicken. Plus, I paid extra for avocado and there was none. The soda was also lacking syrup, I could tell it was going to be off before I even tried it because it was the color of ice tea.

I usually order the tortilla soup and it is delicious. Today the soup was different. It was almost as if I was given a can of puree tomatoes. Not the regular recipe. I was disappointed. I am hoping the recipe was not changed. I also ordered the pollo fit bowl. It didn't taste fresh as usual. I hope this is just one of those days where maybe they were short staffed or something. I enjoy pollo loco, but if this is the kind of food I will be receiving, I will have to order from another place.
