Very stingy with the salsa. Chicken was over cooked and dry. Side salad and cilantro dressing was tasty and fresh. Packaged the mashed potatoes and gravy separately which was appreciated.

Chicken Avocado Tacos were so sloppy it looked like they were dropped on the floor and were the exact opposite of fresh. Churros had no cinnamon or sugar and were stale. I can't believe I paid twenty bucks of my hard earned money for this slop. Never trying el pollo loco again.

Disgusting!!!! I swear they NEVER give you sauce ever!! The rest of the food is dry and overcooked, they need a new staff and some training. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
