I received everything that I ordered, Double Chicken Tostada Salad Regular DrinkTwo Churros and it was well-packed and delicious, as usual, but I was a little disappointed that the Duarte, So. CA location didn't include salsa with their free chips like they usually do and didn't include any napkins either. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The chicken was extremely dry and cold and salty. The mashed potatoes had a tiny drop of gravy, salty and cold, inedible. The chips were so stale could not chew them. The burrito had about 1/8 tsp beans and no rice, paid for extra cheese had about /1/8 tsp of cheese and it was COLD.

The Double Chicken Tostada Salad and Two Churros were delicious , as usual. They included free chips and salsa and usually put the salsa containers in a small baggie. This time they didn't and the salsa spilled out all over the bottom of the bag. They also didn't include any napkins. Not a good look for the Duarte, CA location. ⭐⭐

The family avocado salad was disappointing. There was a small slice of avocado. Also, there wasn't enough dressing
The House Salsa was very watery
