I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I received. I ordered a double chicken bowl with no pico de gallo, but what I received was not only incorrect—it came with pico—but also very underwhelming in portion. There were just a few small pieces of chicken, which certainly doesn’t justify the price I paid for a double portion.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I was expecting the quality and accuracy your service usually provides.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and offer a fair resolution. A refund or credit for the incorrect and incomplete order would be appropriate.

Chicken was dry, overcooked and salty. No salsa included in the order even though it was specified. Soda was flat and more ice than soda. Crunchy tacos were soggy.

16 piece fire grilled chicken meal: bag was sealed and food was warm. Sides for containers full.
They forgot an extra side that I paid for and the chips that come with the meal also missing. Not sure if there were 16 pieces in the container. For the price, next time, I'll pass.

Horrible Location, This restaurant is the worst!! It's on holt, never go there. The door dash was okay, the restaurant messed up are order really bad. 2 times ordering from this location, And nothing was correct. The burrito had been open all over are other food, The 4 piece of chicken I ordered was a 3 piece with all the pieces burnt to a crisp. No salsa was placed in the bag. Tried to call, And got hung up on 2 times. Never again will I ever go back to this location. On holt, Pomona ca 91766
