Love pollo loco but this particular store is terrible. They always mess up your order by forgetting items. At least the food is cooked properly

Hey, chains always get a bad wrap, but dang it was good. Tried several "new entries" that had a couple of good components, but the overall product was lacking. These guys just know how do it all right!! Hot and delicious with attention to every detail!
