El Rancherito has always been great but today the Pork Chop ( Chuleta) were way overcooked - burnt on the edges and dried out in the middle. Side salad also not good. The pupusas and beans still delicious though.

Chicharron with Arepa . Arepa was so dry. Chicharron is basically a thick cut piece of bacon, deep fried. It tasted good but not what I expected.
Tamale was stodgy and greasy.

It was ok, not too tasty to be honest but it wasn't bad. I don't like partboiled rice but if you do it will be good enough, the salad was really simple.
