Not going to lie the Lomo Saltado was very good, the beef was cooked perfect. The flavor of it was just on point. Smells so much like fish once you enter the restaurant but other from that the Lomo Saltado and Saltado de Pollo was so good. Dont doubt yourself to try this youll love it so much.

If I have to choose between an aguachile and a fish ceviche from El Rocoto, I would choose the fish ceviche which is 10 times better.
I have tried the fish ceviche from other Peruvian places and no one beats the one from El Rocoto. The lime juice called Leche de Tigre is so so so good.....You must try it.
