• DoorDash orderI like to give high marks to a restaurant and its staff when they go out of their way to make our requests happen. El Rosal staff got an A+++ tonight. I asked for Mexican cheese in my Mole Enchiladas, I got it. My hubby doesn't like refried beans, and they didn't have black beans his favorite. No problem, they sent him pinto beans in sauce. They paid attention to our notes! So sorry that we didn't take pictures, but do so the next time for sure. 25. Two Mole Sauce Enchiladas were delicious, and I got a surprise of a little salad on the side. Onions, avocado, tomatoes, jalapeños and lettuce, are just perfect to add a little crunch to the meal.15a. Two Red Sauce Meat Enchilada again, my husband ordered pork Enchiladas, and he said, well, we got a new Mexican food place now. We have been married 51 years, and that is high praise from him! We recommend the food, the restaurant, and of course, Door Dash for your meal.

• DoorDash orderthe 45. Taco Truck chicken tacos were good. The Machaca with chicken was just OK, wasn't impressed. appreciate they let you add special instructions but didn't come with any utensils.

• DoorDash order2 47. Two Shrimp Enchiladas one of my favorites but the portion size is smaller- especially the rice and beans- than what you would get if you ate at the restaurant The side of chips and specifically the salsa is tiny and they did not send cabbage salsa as they do in the restaurant.
