Hands down, the best mexican restaurant in Ohio. You actually get what you pay for. The other mexican reataurants charge a lot for very little, but not El San Jose. The portions are very generous. They also honor every special request I've had, unlike el pueblito. The food tastes incredible and is very fresh. I will not order from any other mexican restaurant after trying El San Jose. My girlfriend even likes different menu items she couldn't stand from other mexican places. Their recipes are sso much better and flavorful, while not being extremely salty, like all the other mexican restaurants. I will only order from El San Jose from now on.

They forgot my cheese on my taco salad and forgot half my order and the food was really greasy and soggy. Could use more taco seasoning for the meat but overall I don't like it. The portion size for the queso is too small for the price of it. It was not fresh and I will not be ordering again

I order the chicken Taco Salad; the chicken were in large whole pieces, not shredded which made it challenging to eat with flimsy plasticware. Overall the chicken salad had a good flavor and was portioned well; I used DoorDash and received my order within 30 minutes of ordering.

Both of my orders that were delivered to my house is fresh, and very good! This was the first time for me trying the Big Steak Burrito--It is very filling and good for the money I've paid for. Allisha is an AMAZING dasher! She followed the directions on my delivery, and left my order on the front door and DIDN'T KNOCK-I have two dogs that get very freaked out if strangers start hanging on the door from time to time. Will order again!
