In 1942, the Rojas family opened a restaurant in downtown Los Angeles named El Tepeyac Café.
The family moved again a few years later, this time to Boyle Heights, where El Tepeyac Café was founded.

I wish I could rate this a negative already twice I ordered for delivery which it said it was available and at the last min they cancel it my drivers did amazing job to help solve the issue so it's with the restaurant that I have an issue with.
