My favorite was the Gordibirria so juicy and cheesy. Every single item I ordered was so fresh/homeade and comforting. The posole was amazing too, it came with homemade tortilla de maiz
, as well as toppings to fully dress posole. I got so full im saving it for dinner. Tastes just like mi abuelitas.

Asada was very tasty 5/5
Birria was also very tasty, tough tortilla 4/5
Barbacoa was pretty good, really needed lime 4/5
Good flavor, but really needed the limes it was missing. And for $4.50/taco, I sort of expected the side roast pepper or onions, as well as limes.
That said, best Agua de Horchata (24oz.) in town. Decently sized for the price and not over-filled with ice.

The Quesabirria Especial was amazing. Not all soggy and meat was well seasoned.
Good communication to make sure I had it exactly how I wanted.

There was no seasoning. Love the amount tomatos and onions..
just no flavor. Ended up seasoning it myself. Not worth the $9 whatever at all.

Everything that I got looks great. But. Nothing really has a lot of flavor. The birria meat isn't that tender. The birria consume good use a little heat and some salt. The arroz is very soft but no flavor. The frijoles have a texture I can't get past. Salsa is very average. All in all it was just okay.
