My new favorite Mexican restaurant in town! Fantastic food. QUESABIRRIA DINNER (3 TACOS) is delicious! The meat is always so tender and flavorful. The Tostada Dinner is a fav as well! Rice and especially the beans are great! Love El Vado!

Great atmosphere and Awesome Food. There is a rich family history to the authentic family recipes and check out the imported Mexican furniture with the El Vado embossed into the leather. Best Chips in town, hands down.

Soo yummy and fresh ! Tasted very authentic the flautas ar nice a crispy and well seasoned! Horchata was yummy too could be creamier but id get it again!!

The enchilada was very dry, very little sauce over it, no sour cream, no salad,no cheese and no sauce on the side. rice and bean portion was miniscule. highly disappointed
