taco salad and chimis were fantastic. Ample helpings, freshest meat and cheeses, guac salad and our particular requests were followed to a "T".
Real refried beans too-- not a tasteless, textureless soup but highest quality. Kudos!

The Burro Grande, was packed with Steak and delicious. We love the cheese dip at El Vaquero. The Chicken Fajita was flavorful and delicious. This was a really tasty meal to end the weekend.

The Burrito & Enchiladas was awesome and a great amount of food. The Medium Cheese Dip is very tasty and a must order. Get The 42. Burritos Deluxe if you want a specialty of the house . We really enjoyed this Taco Tuesday order from El Vaquero and Would highly recommend these items to all.
