Excellent customer service!! My drink was so refreshing and tasteful. The coffee is by far one of my favorites I've had here in carlsbad!! Even if coffee isn't your thing, they have anything for everyone! 10/10 recommend!!

Once I saw that Elevate made Pickle Michelada Mix! , I knew it had to try it!! The baristas here make amazing drinks already, so i knew it wouldn't disappoint. Hands down the best michelada mix I've had in Carlsbad. My drink was so refreshing. I decided to make Bloody Mary's with my mix and oh my gosh so good! I will definitely order again. Highly recommend for all my red beer lovers!

This was my Go To coffee shop, but did not have the experience i've had these past few months. I ordered my regular "White out" drink that calculated to over $10 with the oat milk charge. It tasted different, pretty much like water. I told them it was fine as long as the caffeine was in there and left. Figuring I paid that much, it didn't feel right to drink a whole coffee that did not taste like the original recipe at all, so I went back to the cafe and then the barista proceeded to tell me they didn't use "all the ingredients" for my drink. I asked if I can get another beverage, but she refused and offered to add a load of white syrup that they just got after "I left".
A waste of $10 with no compensation or a bother to remake the beverage.

Some of the best coffee in town! Will always order from Elevate. I love the way they send their coffee as well. They send coffee cup in a bag with a filter under the lid to make sure there is no spilling.
