pretty nice taste, especially with the twang of the goat cheese on my G.O.A.T. Cheeseburger. was a little bit too greasy for my taste, but overall still good

Totally exceeded my expectations. Food is always great here. We were disappointed they were out of the onion rings but they gave us an order of olive oil fries in place of the Obion rings and a coupon to get a free elevation burger on our next visit in store. Thank you so much!

Literally the *best* burger I ever had, and vegan too! Fries and onions were also delicious. 10/10 recommendation

The good: I'm very glad there's a burger chain that uses beef from grass fed cattle. And I don't mind paying extra for that. Based on this alone, iwill give them a second try. Properly prepared grass-fed burgers and steaks are usually very tasty - far better than meat from steers raised in industrial cattle -lots that are antibiotic injected, hormone manipulated , living in overcrowded condition counterparts. I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger. It was not over salted. The sautéedmhshrooms and onions were good. The swiss cheese mild.
Unfortunately, I have never had a burger that was so greasy on the outside (grease saturated lettuce and paper wrapper) yet the patties were very dry. The flavor was cooked out of them.
I added an egg to my order. Unfortunately, you don't get a choice for the way the egg is cooked. It too was fried hard and dry.
The olive oil French fries: dissapointing. I ordered them extra crispy. While the fries were fresh cut and thin, and some of the fries had darkened tips, they were mushy and greasy and not at all crispy. This happens when French fries are cooked in oil that is not hot enough, followed by not being properly drained. Then i remembered that olive oil is an oil that can not tolerate super high heat, so it's not a good choice for making frenchfries. Please switch to an alternate healthy cooking oil aporopriate for deep frying or switch to air frying.
