I never make reviews, but I had to about this one. I grew up eating soul food and so far this is the closest in taste to back home. It so hard to find good soul food in vegas but the catfish is seaoned and flaky, the beans and rice is flavorful, the cornbread is soft and warm, Mac is ok but it's hard to find good mac around here. I am not going to lie being raised in the Carolinas had me skeptical of ordering from this place because of the reviews. I ordered the option for my food to be delivered direct to me that way heat wouldn't be a factor and I would expect my food hot, not only did my food come hot but this place did not disappoint. Everything I ordered I am enjoying and is well seasoned comfort Southern food. I ordered my pork chops fried with gravy on the side. The sides I chose for my dinner dish was collard greens macaroni and cheese mashed potatoes and gravy and I added an additional side of cabbage. Everything is delicious! I now have a new favorite place when I'm in the mood for soul food!

Yams were doing what they need to do, the Mac was very well seasoned and the cabbage was fire. & The cornbread was warm and buttered. Great go-to meal when you're needing a solid plate of great food!

This was our 1st time ordering and will NOT be our last. We were EXTREMELY impressed. Yams were sweet but not overly. Greens were spicy, not too many stems. Mac was super cheesy and creamy. Catfish (Original) was fried well. If I had one complaint, it would be for the fish to be fried harder and to be able to get hot sauce and tartar sauce. I wasn't able to ask for those things. My husband's Meatloaf was very flavorful. We will definitely be exploring their menu more.

The food was really good!! The chicken had good flavor and was crunchy. Yams' right amount of sweet, Mac and cheese seasoned well and good flavor, different from everyone else in Vegas. Collar greens were delicious as well. I will definitely order again.
