food is not as good as it used to be.. soups was tasteless. boneless ribs tasted old and cooked too long. dumplings in soup were so thick and tasteless. shrinp toast was the only thing that was decent.. Sad because they were a good place.

Wonton soup had no greens like tue picture, just dumplings. Dough is really thick and tough the worst dumplings i ever had. Chicken with eggplant could have been good if there was more eggplant and less sugar! Pork with beans could have been good but pork is as dry as a cardboard and very sweet! Chechen broth was good though. Honestly dont understand why Chineseplaces cant make good food on Staten Island?
