Plov-ma was incredible, but Shawarma(chicken) is very salty and too spicy

Meat was fatty but not the proper soft melt in your mouth kind, it was rubbery chewy, doesn't come as advertised garnished like the picture, bread tasted like coffee as if it was cross contaminated
