I like their sandwiches, but my last few orders it seems like they've gotten skimpy with the protein

Both of my sandwiches bread was super hard/stale and I asked for easy oil and vinegar on one of the sandwiches, and I got tons of it. Then I asked for pickles on my second sandwhich and got zero pickles. I am very unhappy with my food, and I wish I got my money back.
