• DoorDash orderThe Mondongo | Tripe Soup is very undercooked and chewy. Theres very little flavor and even less salt. Which can be a good or bad thing depending on whos eating it. Not tasty or good at all. EXTREMELY CHEWY. Very unpleasant to eat. The white rice is HARD and salty.
