Pizzas are ok but dont bother trying to add any extras because the care factor is low (3rd time this has happened) yet you'll get charged for it nonetheless. Come on, it was 1x extra item, not a bunch of extras. Plus $4 is so overpriced for a specified 5xSLICES of salami had the kitchen paid attention.

There was no sauce on the Margherita pizza, it was just bread and bland cheese. pasta was extremely expensive for a supposed large portion, which I had to pay extra for. It was a regular portion size. They did not include cheese I had to pay extra for, the garlic bread was awful. Soaked in butter, no garlic flavour whatsoever. Over all an extremely disappointing experience.

I have ordered this exact same dish countless times but from the north melbourne location, and this one was lacking! Barely any sauce was included for the goliath size I ordered, which left it flavorless. Would not purchase again from richmond location.

I enjoyed the Carbonara, however for $24 I was expecting a larger serving like photographed on google maps where the serve reaches the top of the lid of the takeaway container. It was only half full. The mac and cheese however was really sad, dry and bland. No gooey cheese sauce that you would expect from a mac and cheese. 'four distinct cheeses' seems like an overstatement when you can barely taste the cheese at all. It really was mostly macaroni pasta featuring 'cheese glue'. The serving size of the macaroni was generous. I would not be purchasing again based on feeling like the food didn't match the value that was paid.
