Customer service is AWESOME. They were out of an item I ordered tonight, called me right away to figure out a sub or have DD refund. The woman who called was great, picked out an awesome sub for me.
Btw this is the first time I've ordered where they didn't have an item. Keep in mind though, I ordered like 20 min before closing so I don't blame them.

Ramen Tonkotsu Seafood Original was good, everything else was not. The California roll in the bento was probably the worst I had, the ones from a supermarket are definitely better. The Naruto Roll was not enjoyable and the only thing you could taste was the spicy Tuna which was not tasty either, a roll with all those types of fish should not be together with something like spicy Tuna, what a waste of good fish. The Bluefin Tuna Tartare might be good on top of rice without that shell, the shell made it pretty terrible. In general, definitely not worth the high price, Yanagi is so much better. I've been here in person twice some years ago and I always leave disappointed no matter what I order. This order will be definitely the last one.

We love Eurasia both in restaurant and delivery. The delivery rolls are always solid but I forget that when you get a salad they don't put the dressing on the side so it's soggy and gross upon arrival. Not having the ability to customize it and request dressing on the same is a shame. Stick to rolls and soup for delivery.
