The the food was good 2 people can eat this meal. The Links and the chicken were cooked to perfection. The macaroni and cheese was amazing and the potato salad wasn't bad either have nothing bad to say everything was amazing

Tasty, abundant,neatly packaged. Red velvet cake outstanding. Mac and cheese just the right chewy. Ribs tasty if slightly dry. Mac salad ok, corn muffin delicious but should be bigger. Very small for the price. Still best in Oakland overall.

My BBQ brisket and links wereamazing as usual. The canded yams were truly candied and also amazing. My potato salad, not so great. O think it was made with miracle whip or mayo and sweet relish. Either way I dont like MW or sweet relish, so it wasnt good to me. Love, love, love the cornbread. Overall delicious and most definitely will continue ordering from this iconic Town restaurant.

I ordered the smoked chicken dinner without sauce. It was delicious and very tender. The cornbread was good and corn very tasty. However they forgot to include the sweet potato fries in my order. I would've like to taste the fries. Overall the dinner was good and large portion of chicken..

The potato salad is spoiled. The smell is evident and it tastes sour. Burnt dry mac and cheese and over yams. My ribs are very thin and dry. I was not provided much sauce. For the amount of money on this food was not worth it.
