My mom used to drive an hour for this place when I was a kid. Just got back from being in Denver for a decade, and this was one of the first things I had to get. It's just like I remembered!! The slaw is much better than most places, the rolls are delicious, and the breading on the chicken is some of my favorite. The Chicken Livers 1/2 lb. were great. So was the 3 Piece Dinner , but I will say the breasts were a bit overcooked and chewy. Still worth it, and I will order again!

The chicken had clearly been sitting out for awhile and it was dry and stale. The tenders were much smaller than usual so they were mostly fried breading. I won't order later in the evening again.

Nice size Chicken, I think the Mashed Potatoes were really Mashed Potatoes, could've used more gravy, never understood Buns, but as Buns go they weren't bad, the Cole Slaw was likely the best I've ever had. Only reason not giving 5 stars is cost.

First time getting Ezell's and it was low quality food. The chicken tasted and looked a couple hours old. The Mac n cheese was bland and did not taste right (also seemed a couple hours old). The cajun fries and bread were good and fresh.
