This is our number 1, favorite restaurant in Charleston, hands down. Every single thing on the menu is perfection. My husband and I love the Penne alla Vodka and Chicken Parmigiana the most, both are great portion sizes and we usually end up with leftovers. If you haven't had Fabio's, now is the time!!

I travel from pittsburgh for work a few times a mth to Charleston. This restaurant has honestly the best food I have had here, and at home in a long time. HIGHLY recommend the Gnocchi and Limoncello cake. Promise you will not be disappointed. I order here once a week.

Hands down some of the best Italian I have ever had. homemade pasta, great flavor, evening the bread was delicious. It's very authentic, and I will eat here every time I come to town. 5 Stars!

Fabio's Rigatoni tasted closer to a hamburger helper stroganoff with somewhat better pasta, sauce was bland, and the meat was dry even though swimming in the sauce. The Tagliatelle Duck Confit LG had next to no duck, the sauce was bitter and tasted of overcooked, almost burnt, garlic...The highlight of the dish was the mushrooms that were cooked to the perfect texture. Can't complain about the Arancini di Riso , well prepared, and creamy risotto...breading adhered well, and fried to a great golden brown. My over all opinion: not worth the price.

I love the Eggplant Parmigiana . I'm a repeat customer for it. Tried the Limoncello cake today, it's smooth and moist, just wish it was more "lemonier". But overall, they were good.
