The Eggplant in the Grilled Haloumi Cheese bowl was so bitter and greasy that we couldn't eat it. And there were lots in there. We have ordered this dish before and it has always been good, but this time it was a huge disappointment.

Today's order hit like no other. From the Shish Tawook (Chicken Kebab) to the hummus tahini and pita, everything was perfect.

I'm only saying this because I want your restaurant to succeed. Please cook to order the falafel. We ordered our food vegan. The falafel was too chewy on the outside and very dry on the inside. The stuffing inside the grape leaves was undercooked, I would have preferred a mediterranean salad with couscous on top of the rice and falafel. It had too much sautéed onion and tasted more like Mexican falafel fusion. The food wasn't hot enough either. I know that it can cool a bit during delivery but this was exaggerated. The cucumber didn't taste fresh. I can give you the name of a restaurant that we've been dining at for about two years that serves falafel, vegan tahini, and so on that rocks. Your rice was good. I'll give it four stars. It could have been five if it had been hotter in temperature.
