This is not longer BBQ food, no visible smoke rings. I dont think a smoker is being used to cook this food. I think nitrates are being used to preserve food, tasted over seaasoned. Mac and cheese not cheesy but watery. Sausage and corn bread were decent, thus the 2 rating.
