Did NOT receive a meat platter, but a sandwich. Flavors are delicious but the dryness of the sandwich and that lack of the meat platter means we won't be eating here again.

I travel all over the world as I've posted before, I've had Famous Dave's BBQ in Montana every time we were close to it, the food has always been spectacular. I took friends when we were in Montana also. And I've bought food for my family in Joplin from FD BBQ, This time, my spare ribs were burnt and dry and crunchy on the sides not much meat on them at all tasted like it was reheated. I am very disappointing this time. I will try them again and hopefully It will be the best ever. My order was last nite July 31 @ 630ish

My drink was not correct and they closed before I got it, so I couldn't get it corrected.

Originally ordered chicken and settled for brisket. The meats were all dried out and even the bread they served the meats on was burnt toast.
The appetizer was ordered no jalapeños and was delivered extra jalapeños.
Overall experience was bad
