Ive had several dishes at Fan Tang - all have been excellent. The Beef Rolls are perhaps the tastiest item I've had at this or any other Asian style restaurant - Simply Outstanding!!

Sent incorrect items. Ordered calamari got beef spring rolls. Also ordered coffee chicken. Fried rice was mediocre Coffee Chicken was 80% green beans and 6 small pieces of chicken with little to no sauce. Used to be one of my favorite dishes. Quality has definitely gone down.

General Tso with tofu and fried rice was delicious! Reasonable portion, great tofu, and stayed nice and hot due to the container. Unfortunately, there was so much sauce that it soaked all of my rice. I wonder if there's a way to keep it separate? That would've made all the difference. The sesame chicken had a good flavor but it was surprisingly quite spicy, which isn't usually the case with Sesame chicken...and the rice noodles were ok but all bunched together and not the best. I'd try it again if there was way less sauce.

I was so hopeful for this new place but ended up very disappointed. Some genius in the kitchen drowned the fried rice in like half a gallon of soy sauce. Inedible. The noodle dish I ordered had 3 morsels of chicken.
How do they think they will get repeat customers with these failures?

First time customer and am absolutely delighted. Springs Rolls are the best and dipping sauce is wonderful. Sichuan Street Noodle1 , I am a huge garlic fan and this doesn't disappoint. The infusion of various flavors are wonderful!!! I ordered with beef and beef was tender and full of flavor.
