They need to be heated. I used the air fryer per their directions and still were cold. Tried a bit more and it helped. Way too sweet and over powering.

These cookies arent fat and weird - more flat and stale
They arrived frozen solid so I as directed microwaved it following instructions
Two of them straight up exploded the other two never got warm after two full minutes they were still frozen as opposes to the others that remained ice cold but boiling in explosive centers. Totally confused and saddened iwas really excited to try these. They look nothing like advertised .

The cookies were reasonably sized for the money. We heated four different kinds. Hugely inconsistent texture (too gooey, too dry) between the cookies but similar flavors for all of them. Leaning on branding and the notion of being a cookie "experience" too hard without nailing one that is actually tasty.
