My noodles in my burrito were undercooked but never normally have issues here! Love the Cheesecake Burrito

Very disappointing. Wrong kind of chicken on the burrito bowl. Chicken had a strange texture. Burritos also had a strange mush like texture. Mini Churros were burned and over powdered in an attempt to mask the fact.
Well over $100 wasted as most of the food went in the garbage.
Our Good Friday treat was ruined.
On a positive note the Cheesecake Burrito were nice, but these alone do not a meal make.

Cheese sauce with no lid upsidedown in the bag all over my drinks and food. Put my food into a bowl and not on a wrap like a burrito is supposed to be. And also got topping and other stuff wrong. Needs new staff or better training.

So disappointed today with our burrito bowls. These are my fav item I have ordered multiple times. Today was a bowl of hard rice with dry chicken and no veggies like I ordered. Barely any lettuce, I didn't see or taste any onions-peppers, beans, salsa, pico, cheese, sour cream, and I think the bowl size has changed as well. Today I feel like I was ripped off and instead of getting what I ordered, I received a bowl of rice. Unfortunately I guess I will no longer be ordering form your restaurant. Makes me so sad .

Ground Beef Tacos and Loaded Waffle Fries were great however they changed the deep fried Deep Fried Mars Bar and not for the best. It's not on a stick and battered it's in some sort of wrap now instead. Won't order them again!
