Everything is always fresh and packaged well. love the soda cups--it's worth it to get one and get a large. I usually always have leftovers, too.

My food was nice and hot although I figured it would be warm. I really like the sauce they use because it doesn't give me heartburn. The breadsticks were nice and hot as well. No complaints here.

Cheese bites okay, the rest was more soggy than delivery normally is and didn't have great flavor from what I was expecting. Alfredo sauce didn't have much taste, chicken parm very peppery.

Everything was great don't get me wrong. However, my sweet tea came to me incredibly sour, and I know for a fact that noone likes soured sweet tea.
