Cafe Italia became Federico Ristorante Italiano after a change of ownership.
Mr. Bertilio Urrutia, the Executive Chef, began his career at Cafe Italia in 1981 and has since honed his culinary skills.
The Tiramisu is so very delicious! Best I have ever had bar none!!!
The Chicken Salad is so fresh and has a variety of ingredients that makes it so healthy and tasty . And, the chef and staff are so super nice.

Ordered takeout and it was amazing! High quality Italian food and generous portions. Highly recommend the spaghetti and meatballs and lasagna. They also give you a side salad with house dressing and bread, both were delicious. Great choice for a yummy, filling dinner!

That was the best food I have ever eaten The calamari was delicious and the Alfredo was just completely fresh the lasagna it was out of this world and the salad. Even the dressing was amazing. Everything about this whole entire meal was amazing.

The Chicken Marsala was delicious and a good sized portion. I only took away one star because instead of garlic bread, I received two slices of Italian bread loaf and two pats of butter plus the salad was a bit disappointing.

Spaghetti and meatballs is good; however pollo Federico is barely a step above a frozen microwave meal (which I'm pretty sure it is). I would rather they had gotten a chicken bake from costco and sent that to me.
