Cake was 5 stars, but the service was low because we ordered ahead and ended up waiting for 30 minutes at the store. Staff was friendly though!

Cannolo Siciliano was good but not great, the shell had a stale flavour. The Tiramisu Cup was amazing. The Chocolate Truffle Slice was horrible, flavourless, stale and dry. Overall I expected better.

Truly disappointed in this past order of Sfogliatella. They were overcooked, had some sort of weird dark brown stripes, almost like a different color pastry, and they had no flavor at all. I've ordered these 4 or 5 times since the week before Christmas and twice they were not up to snuff. I'm not one to complain so I chalked the other instance up to a bad day, but this past order was unacceptable and a total waste of $50! I'm truly sad, as Sfogliatella is mine and my husbands guilty pleasure. I thought Ferrara would do more regarding quality control, given their reputation.
