I've ordered many times before today's order was a mess. There was barely any chicken, instead of avocado (which I paid for) it was a guacamole mush and the veggies looked sad. Also everything was room temp when I got it.

Charred broccoli is wet and soggy. Beans, rice and chicken are tasteless. Side salad is ridiculously small for its price. Generally thumbs down.

This has clearly changed. Smaller portions of protein and lower quality defaults , it's not a slaw- looks like some kale salad, virtually no dressing. This used to be a go-to, now it's a disappointment. Back to Banter bowls for me.

I ordered and paid for extra chicken and only received a single portion. Kind of ridiculous that we have to pay 20 dollars for them to mess up our orders.
