This dinner is delicious and then turns into fabulous leftover soup! Just add beef broth and a can of corn. Many meals! Highly recommend!

The fried veggies say onions, peppers and mushrooms on the menu. It has them but more frozen stir fry mix than onions peppers and mushrooms. They taste like they are seasoned with lemon or lime juice only. Not great.
Cheese onion enchiladas are good!
