• DoorDash orderI had the EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA with spaghetti dinner. The eggplant was made with the skin on which added a tough texture and bitter taste. It was also way undercooked. It needed to be softer, and the slices cut thinner. Sauce and spaghetti were ok.
