Sandwich was delicious and so was the Mac and cheese but for $7 they barely fill the cup.

I love food from firehouse subs. But they DON'T listen. Each time I make modifications to a sandwich, they don't follow instructions. This time, I asked for no onions, add peppers, add pepperjack cheese. I got onions, no peppers and no cheese at all! The sandwich originally comes with provolone! So disappointing.

This was probably my worst delivery ever! Ive been eating here for years and am very disappointed. The sandwich came with all the toppings despite checking otherwise, ive never had a cold sandwich when asked for hot and this one was still cold, cheese hard and bread not toasted at all! Plus wrong chips and no pickles. Very disappointing.

Really sad i cant customize my order the way that i want to on door dash but the pepperoni pizza meatball sub was fairly decent along with their garlic bread
