I usually get their awesome subs. However, today I thought I would get soup and salad. The salad was good and fresh tasted great. The soup was good but way overpriced for the little teeny portion. Pick something else. I will stuck with their subs

The food is always delicious especially the Hook and Ladder however, I was disappointed that the cup of soup is less and less every time I order. Not even HALF full. Moreover, the footlong sandwich was SMASH inside the box. Not the Dashers fault.

The 12 inch pastrami sandwich and 12 inch veggie sandwich are great And the pastrami Very lean and had great Flavor.

The Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub was good, but the pepperoni was so mild it was hard to taste, so it didn't really add to the experience. I'm pretty sure the meatballs were frozen, definitely not handmade, but still tasted ok. Not the best meatball sub I've ever had, but I'd get it again

Our clients order a lot of food from Firehouse Subs and usually no issues. Today however, we did not get 3 bags of chips. Our doordash driver told us they just said to tell the customer they were out of Lays chips. I called the store to ask if we would get reimbursed. They said it was the Doordash gals fault for not asking for a replacement. I felt bad for the Doordash gal as you could tell she was frustrated. Firehouse should have been more honest or had better communication amongst their employees. The already charge almost twice as much as Blimpie's or Subway they at least could be fair in reimbursement if they are not going to send chips. Not happy with Firehouse Subs who charges an arm an a leg for their food.
