When you order a side salad and it's nothing but old pieces of the'heart' its kibd of disappointing to actually have like 3 pieces of lettuce that are edible

Hook & Ladder® was delicious! I've never had a bad one. I ordered a pickle on the side and did not receive it(as usual). The Firehouse Chili was good!

We've had the meatball subs & they're always fantastic. I tried the hook & ladder tonight & it was fabulous! All ingredients from Firehouse are always SO FRESH! You can't go wrong with them if you love subs!!

Side salad is inedible. Many pieces of Nasty brown lettuce not to mention the portion size was pathetic.

the Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was amazing best sub I ever had everything was fresh including the Italian Grilled Chicken Salad 🥗 amazing food definitely would recommend trying
