First and last order . Globs of mayo, soggy and didnt get chips. One little piece of roast beef , and turkey, decent ham but so full of mayo soggy tom, and lettuce.

Food was great, ordered a bowl of chili . I received just a cup of chili. It was delivered,
so we don't want to run back out in the cold to fix this issue. Bummed, and still a little hungry.
Sandwich was good.

Firehouse Meatball® sandwich was delicious! One of my favs! I did not receive the bottled sprite as requested but received fountain drink instead - poss. They were out of bottled sprite but more pop then I prefer - would have liked a call for substitute option.

I was given the wrong bread on my sandwich. I am gluten free and while I understand they cannot guarantee the whole kitchen will be gluten free. I do however expect my bread to be correct. I paid a decent amount of money for a sandwich I cannot eat.
