I was disappointed in the salad preparation and the quality of the salad. The vegetables were not chopped in the salad like usual. The tomatoes were not fresh a were very mushy. There were several chuncks of the lettuce core in the salad. Not the quality I'm use to from Firehouse.

The sandwich as always was fabulous, how the lack of focs on provi the correct chips is lacking. This is happening everytime I order, I get the incorrect chips.
