First ever order, absolutely not the last!!! Meatball sammich friggin excellent! Brisket n cheddar even better!!! Chili as it should be with beans, delicious! Yeah excellent food. Bread is great soft and chewy, just perfect all the way around!

First time to eat here. The bread tastes good and is very fresh. Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was so good and filled me up. Will eat here again

This is by far the worst sandwich I've ever had from this restaurant the bread is wet and soggy and the meat is 90% fat. This is not worth the $20 I paid.

Judging by the size of the half full "bowl" of chili, I imagine the must use a thimble to hold the "cup"? It's about half the size of the Wendy's small chili at double the price.

The food taste great and is delicious every time. However, firehouse uses highly processed meatballs , cured meats, and enriched flower becuase they care more about shelf life than your health. Also, a six inch meatball sub lands somewhere between 1200-1400 mg of salt. Add a pickle and you're now in dangerous territory. if you're trying to eat clean and be healthy, there are better alternatives, but they will cost you more. If you want cheap fast and tasty then the sandwich is for you.
