Tasted old and bread was soggy. The lettuce had an old taste. I have this sandwich before at other locations this was the worse.

Sandwich is dry and bread is stale. Did not have the usual amount of chicken and juiciness. Dry & stale, disappointed. Also did not receive part of my order, a chocolate chip cookie.

Subs are always decent but if you order anything additional, you wont get it! An extra cookie, brownie, extra chips, etc.. Idk if the DD gets it every time or the store never adds it, either way you wont get it and DD is a pain to get a refund.
