Usually th subs are good from this place, I ordered same sub as before, but they were not good at all this time. Very badly put together and tasted really bad.

The salad was kinda nasty. parts of lettuce frozen. parts of salad slimy. looked like it had been sitting out for days. I couldn't eat it. I will remember never to order salad from Firehouse

We ordered 5 similar sandwiches and none of them were labled. None. I had to fondle each sandwich to try and figure out which is which. Why would you not label them? I called to speak to the manager and I wasn't even offered compensation for their screw up. Not cool. Will not be ordering again.
