the food was really good but they said sub was supposed to be 7inches long and it was about 4 inches almost. 8 bucks for a 4inch sub just seems way over priced

Absolutely loved the Hook & Ladder, even though I don't normally like meat subs. Will continue to order firehouse subs just for this one! Brownie was a great choice as well, very fudge-y and scrumptious ending to the meal.

I would like a refund. For over $60, my club sub had 2 pieces of cartilage from the meats in the first half. I can't eat the rest. My son was really disappointed that his Italian sub wasn't spicy at all. My daughter had turkey and provolone, and it was fine. We ordered pickles on the side, but none of us got pickles. The first and last time we will order from there.
