The sandwich taste very good and the bread is fresh and soft not hard and stale like I have received from Jersey Mikes!

I bought a Firehouse Captains Club with no lettuce tomato or onion and they decided to also not put the spicy mayo or the hot sauce on the sandwich. the Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ wasn't supposed to be modified at all and it came with no lettuce on the sandwich. we love firehouse but quality has gone way down..

 The sandwich did not have Jamaican seasoning on it know extra pickles. Had tomato's did not want tomato's on my sandwich. Just BAD!
