I ordered the Hook & Ladder® . It had an odd sweet flavor to it and was really soggy even though I got there right as they were finishing making it. I got it on a 1/2 off promo but I dont think I will order again based on this sandwich.

Firehouse Steak & Cheese® and Firehouse Chili was the worst sandwich and Chili I ever purchased. The steak was tuff and chewy, no test. The Chili very bland. This was my first purchase from Firehouse mainly because of price, but I like Jersey Mike's so why try Firehouse. Big mistake! no comparison. My, Firehouse experience was awful 😖

The Thanksgiving Sub needs more stuffing and more cranberry sauce. The meatball sub with extra cheese is perfect.

The worst sub I have ever had from Firehouse! The bread was not toasted, I asked for no onion but I had a couple of onions on there and also there was no tomatoes also I didnt get the side pickle which is my favorite thing about the sub

First they didnt have meatballs, then they didnt have steak. Then they didn't have the chips I ordered. When I finally got my order, a corned beef brisket combo, order was NOT served 'fully involved' as advertised. And on top of that, was probably the worst sandwich I ever had. Did not finish, still hungry. Do not recommend
