This was a really bad order. the quality has gone downhill. For a $25 order, you'd think the bag would have been sealed in addition to the Mac and cheese being more than half full. So bad. my sandwich arrived soggy due to the excessive amount of lettuce and dressing. Completely inedible.

The Firehouse Chili was burnt in some areas, and the beans were undercooked. The container it came in showed signs of being burnt (possibly microwaved).
The Pastrami sub had very soggy bread, despite not ordering any sauces/dressings for it.

Got my usual Hook & Ladder, very disappointing. Sloppily made, WAY too much mayo. But worse than that, they're using a different type of deli meat. The ham is gristly, tough, very salty, with a thicker rind. The turkey is a thicker cut and also tough. Maybe it was just a one-time thing, and since they've been consistently good so far, I'll probably give them one more try. Not soon though.

Order was missing both pickles. The New York Steamer, which is my favorite, was the worst one I have ever received. Very minimal meat and other toppings......disappointed.

Ordered: Medium New York Steamer (see photo on Firehouse website), side pickle, Ruffles Cheddar and Sour Cream chips. Received: Medium New York Steamer with about 1/3 of the meat shown in the website photo, no side pickle, Ruffles Baked Cheddar and Sour Cream chips. Evaluation: Bread was fresh & sandwich was tasty but didn't live up to the photo. Maybe the store was out of regular Cheddar and Sour Cream, but baked was a weak replacement. Prescription: If you want repeat business provide a product at least as good as you advertised.
