The Firehouse Chili was burnt in some areas, and the beans were undercooked. The container it came in showed signs of being burnt (possibly microwaved).
The Pastrami sub had very soggy bread, despite not ordering any sauces/dressings for it.

OMGosg, this was the best sub!! Bread was so fresh and soft. First order from there so ordered a little too much sauce. Will order again from there for sure!!!!!

Ordered the large Hook & Ladder®. The sandwich itself was great. In the special instructions it offered a choice to wrap each half separately - awesome! I get the large so I can have the 2nd half the next day. Didn't happen. There was a choice to not toast it. Nope, it was toasted. The problem with this is that it's warm, gets popped into its cardboard case and steams in there. The steam condenses, pools at the bottom, and now you have soggy bread. All this may seem a bit petty, but I have never - not once! - placed an order with Firehouse and have it arrive exactly how I wanted it. To be clear, the food is very tasty; their attention to detail and customer service is terrible. Won't bother in the future.

Order was missing both pickles. The New York Steamer, which is my favorite, was the worst one I have ever received. Very minimal meat and other toppings......disappointed.

I am not sure who made rhis soggy sandwich. Not onlybwas it super soggly like aomeone poured water on it. It was missing ingredients. Instead of stacking the meat the seperated it by half. Worst sandwich ever!
