the Italian™ was perfect! the meats were all heated and even. the vegetables were fresh and the bread was perfect. we agreed this is the best Italian sub available in town

I just want to say the manager here is very rude and has poor communication. attitude over asking for extra sauce on a $20 sub...like what's the problem?

I was very disappointed. It must be location specific because I've had the New York Steamer many times in Houston and it was delicious! But at this particular location the meat was tough and hard to bite through, it must have been old, so I ended up throwing a third of the sandwich in the trash. Plus, I purchased the combo, which was an additional almost $5. When the Dasher picked up my meal they asked this location about the drink and they were simply told they had opted out. What the heck does that mean? I paid for a drink and they just decided not to send it? I didn't even really want the chips, but they came with the combo. I was staying in a hotel so what I wanted was the drink. When staying in a hotel, which is often, I usually just get pizza and I wish I had done it this time, because it would have been a lot less expensive, not to mention much better tasting. And they would have sent the drink.
